I’ve been helping mums-to-be feel calmer, well in pregnancy and more empowered for birth for over 11 years. I combine my training in Active Birth, Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Confidence Coaching and Somatic Healing to offer a tailored approach.

I’m the trainer for the Confident Childbirth method and love teaching other Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapists how to empower women and couples at this important time in their lives.
